Well it didn’t save my life as such, but more my personal time in life. Since owning an iPad I have done so many of the day to day tasks in the business without having to be tied to a desk or having to use a desktop/laptop PC.
Many times I have organised my entire week’s meetings and appointments using the exchange linked calendar, every day remotely fix issues for clients between site visits and have even prepared entire quotes all with a slab of plastic and metal (with some apple magic inside).
I have only skimmed the surface of what you can achieve here, but I don’t want to come across all ‘geeky’ as that’s what we strive not to be, but I’m more than happy to speak to anyone about harnessing technology to get that priceless thing back that you cannot buy on the shelf… time!
